Workforce Development

Workforce Development is a one-credit experience designed to build work acquisition and retention skills.  Participants in the class will be enrolled into the Workforce Development Program where they will be required to submit an official work application, comport themselves through the interview process, and gain experience completing any one of a series of tasks throughout the building and district including, but not limited to, building maintenance, lunch-room service and upkeep, board room service, and general office duties.  After completing all necessary Human Resource materials, logging 30 hours of work in the building, and maintaining credit in all classes, participants can also begin to earn a wage for the  work done while in the class.
