Mrs. Vorse-Yu grew up on a small farm in Erie County, with horses, cows, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs, and a bunch of other critters along the way. She has lived in 5 states around the US and also in Shanghai, China full time for 9 years and partially for 11 more. She has an AAS degree in horticulture from Penn College of Technology, a BS from Penn State University, and an MS from SUNY, Buffalo. She is certified in 3 areas, General Science, Biology, and Vocational Agriculture. She has 2 daughters. She also has a farm in Crawford County, which she has owned for 28 years.
