Robert is a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School. He attended Mercyhurst University and Edinboro University, earning his Undergraduate Teaching Certificate in the Spring of 2008. Robert will earn his Master's Degree in Special Education in the fall of 2021 from Walden University. His previous employment included Children's Behavioral Health as a TSS working in multiple school districts across the county and city, and a Mathematics Instructor at Abraxas Learning Center of Erie. Robert has five children, three girls and two boys that attend school in the General McLane school district. Enjoyable activities include hunting, fishing, playing golf, events and athletics with his kids and coaching the Leadership Basketball team. Mr. Hammer is currently the Edgenuity Lab Coordinator and helps to facilitate our Blended Learning model for our students.
