Heather Young, PIMS Administrator, received her B.A in Developmental Psychology from Edinboro University in 2005. Upon graduation, she worked as a counselor for at-risk youth before joining the CSE team in 2007. Heather worked at the Hamilton Center before transferring to the Skills Center when it opened in 2010. She is the 2011 recipient of the Staff Member of the Year award.
