Jackie received her B.S. in Criminal Justice (Gannon University), Behavior Specialist Certificate (Gannon University) and M.S. in Education (Gannon University). Ms. Miller has worked with Urban students since 2003. She is committed to getting the needed services for our students and helping them overcome social or behavioral issues that are a barrier to their education. Ms. Miller oversees the BEST meetings and is partnered with our SAP, Special Education Department, and the Nursing Programs. She has two children, one in high school and one in college.
