Jennie graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in English. Since, she has gone on to teach English Language Arts, including a Journalism course, in North Carolina and Florida. Upon the birth of her daughter in 2021, she and her husband relocated back to Erie to reside and raise their child. In her free time, Jennie enjoys spending time with her family, going on long walks with her dog and writing fictional novels.
