Jovan Harris, Personal Development, earned a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Edinboro University in 2005. He also earned his M.Ed Special Education from Edinboro University 2013. Mr. Harris has been working with CSE since the 2014-2015 School year. Prior to 2014, Mr. Harris worked with Perseus House, Inc. in the alternative education program. He also has eight years' experience working a Sarah Reed Children's Center as a teacher.
