Chef Anthony Krzywicki obtained his bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales University, Providence R.I. in Hotel-Restaurant and Institutional Management. He has since run various kitchens and restaurants in the role of Executive Chef, Food Service Director, and General Manager.  He has experience working in various restaurants: privately owned, corporate, treatment center, senior living, and country clubs.  He also holds certification from the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals as a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection manger.  On his time off he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family or working on projects around his home.
