Gabriella Cook is a proud graduate of ECTS Culinary Arts who discovered her love of cooking while watching her father cook and teach in the CSE kitchen. She continued her education at the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, specializing in baking and pastry and developing a passion for edible showpieces. After working in several professional kitchens, including Clark Lane Catering and Mi Scuzi Ristorante, Gabriella returned to ECTS as a teaching assistant and specialty instructor. She loves helping students discover new skills, create food they are proud of, and grow as a team. She is excited that her journey has brought her back to continue the CSE legacy.
