Kelly Haffey earned her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Secondary English education from Buffalo State College. Kelly was born in Erie and has worked for Perseus House and the Charter School of Excellence for 19 years, in various positions. Ms. Haffey became the Skills Center building substitute before taking the Workforce Supervisor position. On her days off, you will find her relaxing by her pool, spending time with her teenage twins, working on a DIY home project, decorating or reading.
