Ms. Burke is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of North Allegheny High School (Class of 2020). She began her college journey at the Community College of Allegheny County before transferring to Slippery Rock University, where she earned her degree in Special Education and graduated Cum Laude in 2025. Her path to teaching wasn't completely traditional, but it helped her grow both personally and academically. She is passionate about supporting students and creating a positive, inclusive classroom where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Ms. Burke enjoys skiing, spending time with family, and traveling in her spare time.
